Participation in Game Center is optional
Game Center is provided and managed entirely by Apple
Memory Garden does not access, store, or control your Game Center data
Any information shared through Game Center is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy

The app functions fully even if you choose not to sign in to Game Center.

3. Children’s Privacy

Memory Garden is designed to be safe for children.

No ads
No in-app chat or messaging
No social features
No external links that collect information
No personal data collection

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any users.

4. Data Storage

All game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device only.

No cloud storage
No external servers
No data transmission outside your device

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed.

5. Third-Party Services

Memory Garden does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or external services.

The only external service that may be used is Apple Game Center, which is optional and governed by Apple.
