TimeDots respects your privacy. The app is designed to be simple, private, and fully offline. We do not collect, track, or share your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

TimeDots does not collect any personal information.

Specifically:

No accounts
No sign-ups
No analytics
No tracking
No advertising identifiers
No third-party SDKs
No location data
No usage data sent off your device

All calculations are performed locally on your device using Apple’s system frameworks.

2. In-App Purchases

TimeDots offers optional one-time in-app purchases to unlock additional features.

All payments are:

Processed entirely by Apple
Handled through the App Store
Governed by Apple’s own privacy policy

TimeDots does not receive or store:

Payment information
Billing details
Personal identifiers related to purchases

We only receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase has been completed.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

TimeDots may store the following locally on your device only:

App preferences (e.g. selected theme or view mode)
Purchase unlock status
Optional user settings

This data is stored using Apple’s local storage mechanisms (such as UserDefaults) and never leaves your device.

4. How We Use Your Information

Because no personal data is collected:

Nothing is analyzed
Nothing is shared
Nothing is sold
Nothing is transmitted to external servers

TimeDots works entirely offline.

5. Third-Party Services

TimeDots does not use:

Analytics services
Advertising networks
Crash reporting tools
Cloud storage
External APIs

The only third-party service involved is Apple’s App Store for processing in-app purchases.

If you choose to export or share an image (e.g. a time visualization card), that action is fully controlled by you using Apple’s system share sheet. TimeDots does not access or track where you share content.

7. Children’s Privacy

TimeDots does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

8. Your Control

You have full control over your data:

Deleting the app removes all locally stored data
No data exists outside your device

9. Changes to This Policy

If the app’s privacy practices ever change, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Any changes will be reflected with an updated Last updated date.
